Ingrat’s furniture is delivered, on request, in different colors, according to RAL. Metals Protection is performed by applying electrostatic powder paint. Color coating applied to metal structures is thermally processed at temperatures up to 200 °C. Thermal treatment consists of three phases, in the first phase temperature rises gradually from 20 °C to 200 ° C and the powder turns into a homogeneous coating. The second stage consists of baking of paint and its solidification. The third stage is cooling when the temperature is gradually lowered from 200 °C to room temperature of 20 °C, where gradual lowering of temperature gives a better quality of paint.
Seats and backrests
Seat and backrest of the chair is made of beech or birch plywood with thickness from 6 to 8 mm, anatomically molded under pressure at high temperature, in natural wood color. Wooden parts are protected by a waterproof clear lacquer. We also offer seats and backrests lined with laminate / HPL – in different colors.
HPL / Melamine / Linoleum
Tabletops are made of plywood plates double coated with laminate / HPL of suitable thickness and colored according to the manufacturers color codes. Edge of the board is the ABS 0.5, 1, and 2mm thick or beech molded batten. Lower plate of the table / base plate is made of plywood plates double-coated with adequately thick melamine layer (more than 18mm). Other than tabletops made from HPL and melamine there are also tabletops made from materials to reduce noise: (DLW and Gerflor) offered.
