Internal control of quality of products is conducted on all the factors that are directly or indirectly involved in the production process. Every product from the beginning to the end of the production process goes through many hands of our qualified personnel. The aim of our internal quality control is to identify the products or processes that are not in accordance with the adopted and prescribed quality standards.
Certificate
All Ingrat’s products are harmonized with international standards UNI and ISO. Ingrat d.o.o. Gracanica fulfilled the requirements for the holder of the ISO 9001:2008 standard on June 2006, and certification is conducted by TUV SUD Management Service GmbH. Ingrat also launched a certification process for ISO 14001 (the environmental management system).
